On Monday, September 7, 2026, 9 am Central, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, New Orleans, LA, will consider a case in which the State of Louisiana and Rosalie Markezich are suing the FDA for allowing the abortion pills to be sold throughout the nation despite the fact that they kill human beings in the womb.
The Justice Foundation filed a brief on behalf of 2,796 Women Injured By Planned Parenthood abortions and the National Association of Christian Lawmakers filed by The Justice Foundation.
