Prayer Points for the Louisiana FDA Case
The oral argument in this case will take place in New Orleans at the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals on September 9th, 2026, at 9 AM. Pray that intercessors will continue to follow this case all the way to the Supreme Court for a complete and total victory. Take time to read scripture and to worship the Lord as you pray. Prayer points below.

You are the Creator of Heaven’s glory, earth’s grandeur, and the ocean’s greatness. The oppressed get justice with You. The hungry are satisfied with You. Prisoners find their freedom with You. Pray for divine wisdom for the pro-life legal teams as they prepare for this Oral Argument, to ensure they present compelling arguments against those of the FDA and Danco. (Psalms 37:30-31).
Pray for all the pro-life legal teams and their clients who have submitted briefs advocating for Life. May their voices be heard, and may they be protected from any backlash or retaliation from opposition. Include plaintiff Rosalie M., the Louisiana Attorney General, Alliance Defending Freedom, along with all amici curiae and families. (II Thessalonians 3:3). Pray that plaintiffs Louisiana and Rosalie M. are granted “standing” to pursue this lawsuit. Without this legal standing, the case will be dismissed, preventing any relief from the Court. Pray for her continued healing. (Psalm 37:5-6).
Pray that every evil scheme, satanic strategy, and hidden agenda of darkness will be thwarted and will not come to fruition, in accordance with Job 5:12. Pray for the binding of all harassing spirits sent by the enemy against pro-life individuals, organizations, and their legal teams, especially those attending the Oral Argument in New Orleans. (Ephesians 6:11-17). Pray that the arguments of Danco Laboratories, Inc. and Gen. Bio Pro, Inc. (the abortion-pill manufacturers and those of the pro-abortion states will be rendered legally invalid. Isaiah 28:5-6).
Pray that the Court recognizes the FDA's lack of legal authority under the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to approve a drug that intentionally ends human life. The FDA's primary purpose is to protect human life, not to destroy it. (Psalms 37:9).
Pray that the Court emphasize the warning labels on medications nationwide that state, “Do not take this medicine if you are pregnant,” which highlights their obligation to safeguard women and their children from harmful and potentially fatal drugs. (Psalms 37:10).
Pray for the Lord's will to be accomplished at every stage of this litigation, including both the Louisiana case and the similar case in Missouri, which is currently on hold until the Fifth Circuit rules. Missouri is presenting similar arguments in the Eighth Circuit. (Psalms 37:11-13).
Pray specifically that the FDA’s removal of all safety requirements prior to the distribution of chemical abortifacients be stopped. Pray that the states that are protecting (shielding the distribution of illegal abortion pills in pro-life states will be stopped.) (Psalms 37:14-15).
Pray that the Court acknowledges the FDA's failure to adhere to proper protocols when relaxing certain regulations regarding pharmaceutical distribution. (Job 34:21-28).
Pray that the Court recognizes that the chemical abortion pills approved by the FDA do not cure any disease, as pregnancy is not a disease. (Psalms 139:13-15).
Pray that the Court will remember and enforce the Comstock Act, which has made it a federal crime to send abortion-inducing drugs via the U.S. Postal Service or other common carriers since 1873. This law has never been repealed by Congress, yet it was overruled during the 49 years of Roe v. Wade, when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled there was an alleged the right to terminate infant life in the womb. (Romans 13:1).
Pray that the Court upholds the Right to Life as enshrined in the Constitution, especially in the Fifth Amendment, which asserts, “No person shall be deprived of life without due process of law,” and the Fourteenth Amendment, which states, “Nor shall any state deprive any person of life without due process of law.” May the Court acknowledge and defend the Constitution's pledge to protect all human life from the moment of fertilization. (Ecclesiastes 12:13). Pray that when this case reaches the Supreme Court, they arrive at conclusions that align with the ones mentioned above. (2 Samuel 23:3-4).
Pray for truth from the media. Come against any lies from the media and pray that only those who report the truth concerning the harm of the abortion pills will be heard. John 8:32.
